I have been hand making quality organic and natural items for the last 13 years. I assure you that my items are the best quality on the market. I have researched and trialed each and every material/ingredient that I use so I know that what I am offering is the absolute B-E-S-T for your family! **My children's item meet or exceed all safety requirements for children's items**
Payment:
We are happy to accept Paypal, money orders, and cheque. Cash for local pickup is also welcomed. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. I am easy to get along with, so in the event payment may be delayed please contact me. In most cases it will not be an issue. Paypal offers 100% secure transactions, you can pay with your credit card with paypal. All prices are shown in CAD
Shipping:
I ship out items 4 times a week(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). I process orders promptly following receipt of payment. Most items will be shipped within 72 hours unless otherwise specified. Thank you!
Regular Post Shipping Prices are as follows:
Canadian Orders/United States Orders
Orders will be shipped via Canada Post using regular shipping services. If a faster service or insurance is required please contact me prior to or at purchase time. Thank you. Shipping will be calculated with purchase~
Please purchase insurance on your items to cover any loss or damage during shipping. Unfortunately, once uninsured items leave my hands there is nothing I can do about lost or damaged items.Thank you.
International Orders(orders will be invoiced separately for all additional shipping charges incurred beyond paypal calculations, please contact me for an accurate shipping quote prior to purchase)
Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of receipt of item. Item must be in original packaging and condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Total refund will include the purchase price of the original purchased item only, this does not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are completely NON REFUNDABLE. Thank you very much~Dawn
